Dynamic Weighing

Calculates load based on weight from weight sensor and energy consumption (including electric current, voltage, power, frequency, etc) of the hoisting motor and automatically remove the grab weight to derive net weight. Prevent users from adjusting actual loads and allow users to directly print out the job completion report post completion

Data Integration

Utilisation data is integrated with job ticket system and production system. Integrating weighing data, energy consumption data, operating hours with hourly rate per job and ship, hatch and cargo information allows management to measure utilisation of each crane and the responsible operator

Smart Maintenance

Digitise maintenance schedule for certain parts, i.e. grab, pulley, wire rope, motor, etc, to remind authorised personnel on next service date. Record usage statistics, days of use, and status of each part and use as reference during maintenance services.

Network Communication

Bi-directional communication allows the production system to dispatch jobs to each crane prior and allow the weighing systems to send the operational data back to production and job ticket systems post job completion
